West Coast IPA

MADE WITH LOCAL HOPS

We’ve been integrating more and more of the hops grown by our neighbors, 16 Quartz Hop Farm in Plymouth, CA.

This new West Coast IPA is a great way to showcase a single hop. It was dry hopped with 3 lb per bbl which is a healthy dose!

Tasting notes of zesty, zippy citrus, grapefruit, and slight dank character.

​

Usually, we layer 2 or 3 hops into a recipe but this one used only Cascade over a very simple, clean, pale Pilsner malt base.

​

This beer type can also be referred to as a SMASH (single malt and single hop) beer.
